Life’s a Beach Book Tag

life's a beach book tag

Hello my fellow little munchkins. How are you all doing? I am doing quite well. A little tired but hey it is Thursday . Sadly, I also have a rally schedule and that messes up my whole day so instead of learning I am stuck in a gym with about a thousand other people waiting for the thing to be over so that I can go back to learning. I am probably the only person who would actually want something like that.

I found this tag on Paper Eyes Girl’s blog which you can find HERE.

Anyways, why don’t we get into the post now?

The Sand – A book that stuck with you long after you finished reading:

A book that stuck with me long after reading it would have to be Six of Crows. I don’t know exactly why but just the book in general I loved and the characters were to die for, but this book would definitely be on my top list for a book that has stuck with me. ALSO DID YOU ALL HERE ABOUT THE NETFLIX SERIES? OH MY GOSH, I’M SO EXCITED FOR IT!

The Sun – A book that burned you:

I wasn’t 100% sure about what it meant about burning me but I choose to go with a bad type of burn and due to that the book that is number 1 on my list for being the worst book that I have ever read would have to be Zenith by Sasha Alsberg and Lindsey Cummings. You can find my review on the book HERE.

The Waves – A book that calms you down after a long day:

Is that even possible? Like, no joke I don’t think there has been a single book that has ever calmed me down because there is always an event that causes me to be on the edge of my seat freaking out about what is about to happen next.

The Bathing Suit – A book with a pretty, summer-y cover:

So, I have never read this book but I do know that it has a beautiful summer cover in one of its editions. The book is, The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han.

The Birds – A book that is everywhere:

A book that is everywhere at this current moment in time The Wicked King by Holly Black. Sooooooooo…… I have the first book, but I haven’t finished it. I barley got about three chapters in before I set it down. And I am planning on picking it up again so I can get this book and then get into the hype but I literally have had no time. Due to that this book is a book that is everywhere, that I have yet to read.

The Company – A book with wonderful characters:

ONCE AGAIN I WILL HAVE TO GO WITH SIX OF CROWS. They are all amazing characters that I enjoyed reading about. I feel like if one of the characters in that book duology was missing then it would have felt incomplete. Plus there really hasn’t been a book in a long time that I have read where all the characters make me feel something and not just annoyance.

The Ice-Cold Drinks – A book you absolutely gulped down:

giphy-12

All? I mean I do really just gulp down books for the most of the time. A most recent book that has made me do that would have to probably be currently Goddess of the Hunt which is an ARC.

The Fun Memories – A book you can’t wait to return to:

giphy-11

I honestly don’t care to return to books for most of the part so I don’t really have a solid answer for this. I have mostly returned to The Hunger Games in the past but I don’t re-read it now.
